It also records any optional assessment, such as pedestrian intruder access or occupant injury, if one was included.

The report has to describe the barrier and the foundation that were tested, with drawings, so that the tested article can be recognised on site. Clause 5.2 makes conformity between the tested article and its documentation a condition of the rating.
The report has to identify the vehicle, its class, its mass and its condition, and state the speed, the angle and the geometry. Those are the conditions that make the rating comparable with a site.
The report has to record the penetration, the debris and what happened to the vehicle. The clause 4 outcome is one of three: stopped at the line, redirected to the unprotected side, or halted beyond the line and unable to drive on.
A summary, a certificate or a one-line rating is not the report. It can be a cover sheet, but the buyer needs the report, the drawings and the raw measurement record to defend the rating.
No. It is a commercial document. The buyer should hold it, and the assurance statement should say what can be shared with a customer or an insurer.
There is no page count. A full report with drawings, calibration records and measurement sheets is normal. A two-page certificate is not a report.
Check the edition, the test house, the vehicle class and the foundation. A report to another standard or edition is not an ISO 22343-1 report, and a translation should be checked against the original.
